侧钻小井眼裸眼封隔器完井的技术改进

Abstract: In order to explore an effective means for reducing development costs and excavating residual productivity of Sulige gas field, Changqing oil field have carried out some technical tests of sidetracking old horizontal wells and achieved good development effect in recent years. For sidetracking slim hole horizontal well from old well with φ139.7 mm casing, due to the small size of open hole wellbore, there is obvious eccentric wear on the casing during sidetracking, which brings great risk to the running, setting and tie-back of the open hole packer completion tool. Some complex circumstances occurred in the test process. For the technical analysis of the open hole packer completion of sidetracking slim hole in Sulige gas field, in this paper the key factors forming complex circumstances has been found out, some effective improvement measures have been put forward through the detailed technical analysis such as optimizing completion string structure and the construction scheme of completion operation. In the two subsequent test wells, the running of completion string, setting and releasing and tieback of hanger were all successfully realized at one time, achieved the expected improvement effect. It has accumulated experiences for the promotoin test of open hole packer completion technology of sidetracking slim hole, and supplied technical reference for the potential exploitation of production capacity in Changing Sulige gas field.

摘要: 为探索苏里格气田降低开发成本、挖掘气藏剩余产能的有效途径,长庆油田近些年陆续开展了一些老井侧钻水平井的技术试验,取得了较好的开发效果。对于Ø139.7 mm套管的老井侧钻小井眼水平井,由于裸眼井筒尺寸过小,侧钻时套管产生了明显偏磨,给裸眼封隔器完井工具的入井、坐挂和回接均带来较大的风险,试验过程出现了一些复杂情况。针对苏里格气田侧钻小井眼裸眼封隔器完井复杂情况的技术分析,找出了形成复杂情况的关键因素,优化了完井工具的管柱结构,完善了完井作业的施工方案,在2口试验井中一次成功的实现了完井管柱入井、悬挂器坐封脱手和悬挂器回接作业,取得了预期的改进效果,为侧钻小井眼裸眼封隔器完井技术的推广试验积累了经验为长庆苏里格气田的产能挖潜提供了技术借鉴。
