连续油管过油管堵水工具研制与现场试验

Abstract:

Screen completion is the main method for horizontal production wells in oil and gas fields. At present, the water plugging operation through tubing of such wells in China is mainly restricted by the technical breakthrough of the key tool----small diameter expansion packer with large expansion rate. In order to fill thegap in water plugging process of coiled tubing through tubing in China, experimental studyonsmall diameter expansion packer with large expansion rate and good recovery rate was carried out. The project successfully developed the small diameter expansion packer ofØ49 mm with expansion rate of 2.5 times, and matched thethroughtubing plugging pipe string. Through the process simulation test of small diameter expansion packers and throttles with different displacements, the throttle pressure difference and displacement charts with different nozzle equivalent diameters were established, which provided guidance for site construction. The recovery rate of small diameter expansion packer can still reach 85% after repeated setting and unsealing tests in the well, whichconfirmedthe effectiveness, rationality and feasibility of this method, andmeet the water plugging process requirements ofthrough the minimumØ73 mm tubing and isolation of maximum Ø139.7 mm screen indomestic screen completion horizontal wellswithout pulling thestring, and can be recovered through the tubing after operation, realizing that the water plugging process string can complete several annular chemical packer and formation chemical plugging processes, which has reference significance for the popularization and application of water plugging technology through tubing in china.

摘要:

目前,国内以筛管完井的水平井过油管堵水作业主要受制于关键工具-大膨胀率小直径膨胀封隔器的技术突破。为了填补国内连续油管过油管堵水管柱工艺空白,开展了大膨胀率及较好恢复率小直径膨胀封隔器的试验研究,成功研制出膨胀率达 2.5 ,Ø49mm 的小直径膨胀封隔器,并配套了过油管堵水管柱工具。通过不同排量下小直径膨胀封隔器与节流器的模拟试验,建立了不同喷嘴当量直径下节流压差与排量图版,为现场施工提供了指导依据。经过井下多次重复坐封解封现场试验后,小直径膨胀封隔器的恢复率仍能达到 85%,证实了该工具的有效性、合理性与可行性,满足了筛管完井水平井不动管柱情况下最小过Ø73mm ,油管最大封隔Ø139.7mm筛管的堵水工艺要求,实现了一趟堵水管柱可完成多次环空化学封隔器分段封隔和地层分段化学封堵,且作业后过油管可回收,对国内过油管堵水工艺技术的推广应用具有参考和借鉴意义。
