金属网布型筛管抗内外压能力研究与探讨

Abstract:

The collapse and burst pressure of screen is an important parameter to evaluate the service performance of screen. In the process of using screen, there will be pressure from the internal or external. If the sand layer of screen cannot bear the pressure and breaks, the formation sand will enter the oil pipe through the broken part, that is to say, sand control failure is declared. At present, metal mesh screen and wire wrapped screen are mostly used in gravel pack sand control in oil and gas fields. In order to solve the problem of sand bridge and block in gravel packing of deep-water oil and gas fields and large displacement and long horizontal well section, a multichannel bypass screen is designed. In the development of multi-channel by-pass screen in deep water horizontal well, the metal mesh is used as the filter layer, so the collapse and burst pressure of the metal mesh screen has been tested for many times, and the screen with different sand layer structure and processing technology has been tested for many times. Finally, a set of metal mesh type screen structure andprocessing technology which meet the internal and external pressure strength requirements is obtained.

摘要: 筛管的抗内外压强度是评判筛管使用性能的一项重要参数,在筛管的使用过程中,会产生来自内部或外部的压力,如果筛管防砂层承受不住压力而破裂,地层砂将通过破裂处进入油管,即防砂失败。目前油气田砾石充填防砂多使用金属网布型筛管和绕丝筛管。针对深水油气田砾石充填及大位移长水平井段砾石充填容易产生砂桥及堵塞的问题设计了多流道旁通筛管。在深水水平井多流道旁通筛管的研制过程中,由于采用金属网布作为过滤层,因此对金属网布型筛管的抗内外压强度进行了多次试验研究,对不同防砂层结构和加工工艺的筛管进行了多次试验,最终得到了一套符合内外压强度要求的金属网布型筛管结构和加工工艺。
