北部湾盆地大尺寸隔水导管开窗再利用技术研究与应用

Abstract:

In the Beibu Gulf area, some of the riser pipe shoes are deformed, and the abandoned well slots cannot be used under the conventional drilling technology. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of window opening of the riser from the aspects of the stability of the riser, the bearing capacity of pile and soil, and the strength of the window. The influence of the depth of different window opening points of the riser on the bearing capacity of pile-soil is analyzed, the finite element analysis mechanical model of the riser window opening is established, the axial compressive strength and bending strength of the riser after the window opening are calculated, and the influence of different window opening depth of the riser and the deflection of the riser on the critical load of the wellhead is analyzed. The results show that the allowable axial force at the opening window of the riser decreases linearly with the increase of bending moment, and the strength at the window is the main factor to determine the allowable load at the wellhead. The closer the window opening point is to the mudline, the smaller the allowable load of the wellhead. The deflection of the lower part of the riser will increase the bending moment at the window opening, thus reducing the allowable load of the wellhead. When the depth of the window opening point is more than 20 m from the mudline, the depth of the window opening point and the deflection of the riser will have little impact on the allowable load of the wellhead. In the west of the South China Sea, it is the first time to realize the sidetrack drilling technology of the riser above the mudline to effectively use the abandoned well slot, which has reference significance for the reuse of the subsequent abandoned slot.

摘要: 北部湾地区部分隔水导管桩管鞋发生变形,报废井槽在常规钻井工艺下无法利用。从隔水导管、桩土承载力、窗口强度等方面论证了隔水导管开窗可行性,分析隔水导管不同开窗点深度对桩土承载力的影响,建立隔水导管开窗口有限元分析力学模型,计算开窗后隔水导管轴向抗压、抗弯强度,分析了隔水导管不同开窗点深度、桩管偏斜对井口临界载荷的影响规律。结果表明,隔水导管开窗口处允许的轴向力随弯矩的增大呈线性关系降低,开窗处强度是决定井口允许载荷的主要因素;开窗点越靠近泥线,井口允许载荷越小;桩管下部偏斜将增加开窗口处的弯矩,降低井口允许载荷;当开窗点深度超过泥线 20m后,开窗点深度、桩管偏斜对井口允许载荷影响较小。在南海西部首次实现大尺寸隔水导管开窗侧钻工艺,有效利用报废井槽,对后续报废槽口再利用具有借鉴意义。
