Causes Analysis on Corrosion Barrier Ring Squeezed out in Premium Connection Tubing during Pressure Test

试压过程中特殊螺纹油管接头冲刷腐蚀防护环挤出原因分析

Abstract:

The corrosion barrier rings assembled in the tubing joint were squeezed out during the premium connection tubing during gas seal inspection in an oil field. This paper gives an investigation on the causes of corrosion barrier ring squeezed, and some tubing specimens were taken to do make up test, gas seal test, hydraulic pressure to failure test, and gas seal test with complex load. It was shown from the test result that the causes of corrosion barrier rings squeezed out in premium connection tubing during gas seal inspection were not only related to the test pressure and pressure release speed, but also related to the dimension of corrosion barrier ring. It was suggested that the test pressure should be reduced.

摘要: 某油田在特殊螺纹接头油管试压过程中,油管接头中装配的冲刷腐蚀防护环被挤出。文章对油管接头冲刷腐蚀防护环被挤出的原因进行了调查研究,并取样进行了上扣试验、气密封试验、水压爆破试验和复合加载气密封试验。试验结果表明,在试压过程中,油管接头中装配的冲刷腐蚀防护环被挤出的原因既与试验压力和泄压速度有关,也与冲刷腐蚀防护环尺寸有关。建议油田在试压过程中,降低试验压力。
