低压深井柱塞气举排水采气技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Plunger Lifting Technology in Low Pressure and Deep Well for Drainage Gas Recovery

摘要:

柱塞气举作为一种简单高效的排水采气技术,在4 000m以浅的常规气井中得到了较为广泛的应用,但在深井中的应用国内还鲜有报道。为此,结合现场生产和常规柱塞气举技术应用经验,通过优化低压深井柱塞气举设计方法、研制深井柱塞工具和优化改进柱塞工艺流程,形成了一套适合低压深井的柱塞气举排水采气技术。研究结果表明,通过引入井筒流入、套管压力等多影响因素,建立了柱塞启动压力指导图版,形成的低压深井柱塞气举设计方法可以大幅拓宽工艺适用范围;通过改变柱塞结构,研发了自密封低漏失柱塞,相比常规柱塞,柱塞运行过程中漏失量降低20% ~30%;通过地面流程优化设计,将薄膜阀两端采用丝扣连接,减少动火作业,单井可减少改造费用约1.0万元;现场试验15井次,工艺成功率100%,单井产气量提高均超过 20%,最高增加 6倍。现场试验结果表明,低压深井柱塞气举是适应川渝气田小产量深井排水采气的一项技术,可以显著提高该类气井的开发效果和经济效益。

Abstract:

As a simple and efficient drainage gas recovery technology, plunger gas lift has been widely used in conventional gas wells with a depth of 4000m, but its application in deep wells is rarely reported in China. Therefore, combined with the field production and conventional plunger gas lift technology application experience, optimization of low pressure deep well plunger gas lift design methods, development of deep well plunger tools, optimization and improvement of the plunger process, a set of plunger gas lifting drainage gas recovery technology suitable for low pressure deep well has been formed. The results show that: on the basis of the conventional plunger gas lift design, the guiding chart of plunger starting pressure is established by introducing several factors such as wellbore inflow and casing pressure. Compared with the conventional method, the design method is more suitable for low pressure and low production deep well, and can greatly expand the application scope of the process. By changing the structure of the plunger, the self-sealing low leakage plunger is developed. Compared with the conventional plunger, the leakage during the operation of the plunger is reduced by 20% - 30% . Through the optimization design, when the ground process is reformed, both ends of the film valve are connected by wire, directly replacing the original temperature measurement /pressure sleeve conversion flange nipple, reducing the ground process, decreasing the ground pressure loss, improving the effect of the plunger lifting, and reducing the cost of reconstruction of about 10,000 yuan per well. Field tests were conducted for 15 well times, the process success rate was 100% , and the gas production of a single well was increased by more than 20% with the highest one of up to 6 times. Field test results show that low-pressure deep well plunger gas lift is a technology suitable for low-production deep well drainage gas production in Sichuan-Chongqing gas field, and can significantly improve the development effect and economic benefits of this type of gas wells.
