多功能井下节流器研制及在长庆致密气井的应用

Development and Application of Multifunctional Downhole Throttle in Changqing Tight Gas Wells

摘要: 为实现致密气/页岩气的大力开发,解决高压气井带压完井的难题,利用连续管带压作业的优势,形成连续管完井采气一体化技术,笔者设计并研制了一种多功能节流器。该节流器采用回压阀、节流嘴以及堵头等多种功能组件的组合设计,通过全流程工序,可以实现带压下连续管、高产期节流降压生产、低产期速度管柱生产、间歇期柱塞气举以及枯竭期井底封堵起出管柱等功能。室内试验及现场应用结果表明,多功能节流器各组件工作良好,可以满足高压气井的开发和应用,保障了气井生产的安全高效运行,符合现场施工要求。该节流器的研制与应用对连续管完井采气一体化技术的支撑以及安全性、可行性的验证具有重要的意义。

Abstract: In order to realize the vigorous development of tight gas/shale gas and solve the problem of completion of high-pressure gas wells under pressure, with the advantages of coiled tubing (CT) operations under pressure to form an integrated technology of CT completion and gas production, a multifunctional throttle was developed.  The throttle adopts the combination design of multiple functional components such as backpressure valve, throttle nozzle and plug. Through the whole process, it can realize the functions of running CT under pressure, throttling and reducing pressure production in high production period, velocity string drainage during low production period, plunger gas lift during intermittent period and bottomhole plugging and pulling the string out during dry drain period. The results of laboratory test and field application show that the multifunctional throttle plug work well, which can meet the development and application for high pressure gas wells, ensure the safety and efficient operation of gas well production, and meet the requirements of field construction. The development and application of the throttle is of great significance to the support of the integrated technology of CT completion and gas production, as well as the verification of safety and feasibility.
