高含水油井选堵调控剂优选与应用

Research and Application of Plugging Selection and Control Technology for High Water Cut Oil Wells

摘要:

孤东油田油井含水程度高,平均综合含水达到 95%,严重影响了油田开发效益。针对孤东油田存在堵水深度较浅,有效期短,堵剂选择性较差的问题,结合油井选择性堵水的要求和特点,通过物模实验对溶胀型复合颗 粒堵剂和填充型聚合物冻胶体系两种选堵调控剂的封堵性、选择性、适应性进行评价研究,封堵后综合提高采收率17.01%,初始综合含水率降低26%,封堵后综合封堵率为92.5%。同时根据高含水油井的特征,现场试验选择性 堵水油井2口,措施前平均单井日产液36.5 t,日产油1.2 t,含水96.7%,措施后平均单井日产液39.6 t,日产油2.9 t,含水92.7%,累计增油748.0 t,有效期220 d。试验表明,两种类型堵剂段塞组合后堵水,降水增油效果明显,实现了油井 “控水稳油”,为后续快速选堵调控提供技术指导,对同类型油藏高含水油井选堵调控治理有良好借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Gudong oilfield has high water content with average integrated water content of 95 %, which seriously affects the benefits of oilfield development. In view of the relatively shallow water blocking depth, short validity period and poor selectivity of the plugging agent in Gudong Oilfield, combined with the requirements and characteristics of selective water plugging in oil wells, through physical model experiment, the plugging ability, selectivity and adaptability of two kinds of selective water shutoff agents, the swelling composite particle plugging agent and the filled polymer gel system are evaluated. After plugging, the comprehensive recovery is enhanced by 17.01%, the initial comprehensive water cut is reduced by 26% and the comprehensive plugging rate is 92.5%. At the same time, according to the characteristics of high water-cut oil wells, two selective water shutoff oil wells were tested in the field. Before the measures, the average single well produced 36.5t of fluid per day, produced 1.2t of oil per day, with water cut of 96.7%. After the measures, the average single well produced 39.6t of fluid per day and produced 2.9t of oil per day with water cut of 92.7%, and added 748.0 tons of oil, valid for 220 days. The experimental results show that the combination of the two types of plugging agent slug has obvious effect of water shutoff, and the effect of water reduction and oil increase has been realized to control water and stabilize oil well, which provides technical guidance for the subsequent rapid selection and control of plugging. It has good reference significance for plugging selection and control of high water cut oil well in the same type of reservoir.
