气井落物钢丝打捞作业实践

Abstract:

 In the process of slickline operation, due to the downhole tools stuck, poor quality slick line and improper operation, the slick line and downhole tools fall into the well, affecting the gas well production and other operations in the later stage. Therefore, wire fishing is required. However, the slickline fishing operation, especially the fishing of unidentified objects, is risky, difficult, time-consuming, with low success rate at one time and the risk of secondary fish falling. This paper describes in detail the process of slickline fishing for unidentified objects. Based on the relevant data of drifting well and fishing head, the length of falling slickline is theoretically calculated, the falling depth and shape of fish in the gas well are analyzed and predicted, and the appropriate fishing tools are optimized. Under the principle of avoiding the complication of accident handling and putting safety first, a detailed and sufficient fishing plan was formulated and implemented in strict accordance with the plan, and the fishing operation was successfully completed. The success of this fishing operation shows that scientific theoretical calculation and analysis, appropriate fishing tools, well control equipment with good performance and reasonable fishing scheme can effectively improve the success rate and safety of fishing operation.

摘要: 井下钢丝类作业过程中,由于工具遇卡、钢丝质量或者操作不当等原因,会导致钢丝和工具串落井,影响气井生产和后期其他作业,需进行钢丝打捞作业。 钢丝打捞作业,尤其是不明落物的打捞,作业风险大、难度高、耗时长、一次成功率低,还有二次落鱼的风险。 文章详细阐述了打捞过程, 利用通井和探鱼头的相关数据, 对落井钢丝长度进行了理论计算,对气井落物的深度和形状进行了分析预判,优选了合适的打捞工具;在避免事故问题处理复杂化、安全第一的原则下,制定了详细、充分的打捞方案,严格按照方案实施,成功完成了打捞作业。本次打捞作业的成功,说明通过理论计算与分析,选择合适的打捞工具和性能良好的井控设备,配合科学合理的打捞方案,能有效提升打捞作业的成功率和安全性。
