川渝地区深层破碎地层取心工艺优化研究

Optimization and Application of Coring Technology in Deep Fractured Formations in Sichuan-Chongqing Area

摘要: 川渝地区取心作业层位多,裂缝发育,地层破碎,渗透性强,堵心、卡心、阻卡复杂多,单次取心进尺少,起下钻次数多,取心作业效率低。文章开展了取心作业起钻原因、堵心卡心处理效果分析,并以取心工具、取心参数、工艺操作优化为核心,创新形成堵心及卡心复杂判断与快速处理、阻卡复杂预防与处理等特色取心工艺技术。研究结果表明:以钻压、泵压、扭矩、钻时等关键参数为核心,建立了堵心卡心复杂判断与初期处理方法,降低了起下钻次数;创新实施旋转割心工艺,解决了高渗透性井段阻卡复杂预防、割心困难问题; Ø215.9 mm及以上井眼选用川8-5 型取心工具,Ø149. 2 mm井眼选用川6-5型取心工具,有利于提高取心作业阻卡复杂处理能力。该工艺技术在蓬莱含气区、天府含气区等重点区域试验与应用5口井,累计完成取心进尺263. 10 m,取心收获率高达99. 08%,平均单次取心进尺由9. 42 m提高至13. 85 m,最高单次取心进尺27. 50 m,取心作业时间缩短32. 14 %。在其他区域类似地层推广应用深层破碎地层取心工艺,有利于缩短取心作业周期,降低钻井综合成本,加快了川渝地区新区域新层系勘探开发、产能建设步伐。

Abstract: In Sichuan Chongqing area, there are many coring layers with characteristic of developed fractures, broken formations, strong permeability, much more complex core-plugging and sticking, less coring footage in single run, more tripping times and low coring efficiency. The article has carried out the analysis of the reasons for tripping out of coring and the treatment effect of plugging and sticking. With the optimization of coring tools, coring parameters and coring process as the core,it has innovated and formed such special coring technologies as complex judgment and rapid treatment of plugging and sticking, prevention and treatment of complex blocking and sticking. The research results show that:(1) With the key parameters such as WOB, pump pressure, torque and drilling time as the core, the complex judgment and initial treatment methods for plugging and sticking are established, which reduces the tripping times;( 2) The innovative implementation of rotary coring technology has solved the problems of complex prevention of blocking and difficult in core cutting in high permeability well sections;(3) Chuan 8-5 coring tool is selected for hole with diameter of 215. 9 mm and above, and Chuan 6-5 coring tool is selected for hole with diameter of 149. 2 mm, which is conducive to improving the complex handling capacity of jamming in coring operation. The technology has been tested and applied in five wells in Penglai gas bearing area, Tianfu gas bearing area and other key areas, with a cumulative coring footage of 263. 10 m, a coring recovery rate of 99. 08% , an average single coring footage increased from 9. 42 m to 13. 85 m, the maximum single coring footage of 27. 50 m, and the coring operation time shortened by 32. 14% . The popularization and application of deep broken formation coring technology in similar formations in other regions is conducive to shortening the coring operation cycle, reducing the comprehensive drilling cost, and accelerating the exploration and development of new strata and productivity construction in the new area of Sichuan Chongqing region.
