高强度堵漏技术在KES1103井的应用

摘要: KES1103 井盐层及盐下地层均采用高密度油基钻井液体系,实钻过程中主要复杂为井漏,共计发生井漏30次,累计漏失油基钻井液5 028 m3。该井井漏基本涵盖了山前地区常见的井漏类型:卡盐底井漏、裂缝发育地层井漏、套管鞋井漏等,且同一开次包含两套或多套地层压力系统,漏点不易确定,堵漏难度极大。该井采用高酸溶沉降隔离、油基钻井液桥浆堵漏、水基钻井液桥浆堵漏、高失水快强箍堵漏、雷特桥堵堵漏等多种堵漏技术,有效提高地层承压压力,达到快速治漏的目的,为复杂地质条件下深井“安全、高效、经济” 钻完井和加快勘探开发进程提供强有力的技术支撑。

Abstract:

High-density oil-based drilling fluids are applied in salt-gypsum formations and subsalt formations in KES1103.The downhole losses is one of the main complexities in the process of drilling operation. There are 30 times of downhole losses with the total leakage of oil-based drilling fluids of 5028 cubic meter. This lost circulation in KES1103 basically contains the most common types of downhole losses in this Block, including lost circulation in carding salt bottom, lost circulation in fractured pay zones, lost circulation at casing shoe, multiple sets of formation pressure coefficient in the same spudded in interval, the leakage point is not easy to determine, so it will bring great challenge to plugging technology. A series of high-efficiency plugging technology, including highly acid soluble settlement spacer technology, bridge plugging technology with oil-based drilling fluids, bridge plugging technology with water-based drilling fluids, high water loss plugging technology, Reiter bridge plugging technology, are applied in KES1103, and the formation pressure-bearing capacity of formations had been improved significantly, achieving the purpose of quick lost circulation treatment. It provides strong technical support for “safe, efficient and economical” drilling and completion of deep Wells under complex geological conditions and for accelerating the process of exploration and development.
