长庆油田多层系精准堵漏技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Multi-layer Precise Plugging Technology in Changqing Oilfield

摘要: 为保证油气当量的稳步增加,钻井区域在逐年拓展,井漏问题日益凸显,已严重制约着钻井提速增效。单一漏失层位堵漏难题已形成高效的治理手段,但针对长裸眼井段多套易漏层位治理目前无有效手段,因此文章通过对长庆油田漏失层位分析,明确易漏层位的漏失机理;发生漏失后采用以井温法和流量法为主的“多参数”测漏工具,进行长裸眼井段漏失层位识别,明确漏失位置;最后应用研发的高效疏水堵漏工作液进行专项堵漏,形成了一套长庆油田长裸眼多层系精准堵漏技术。多参数测漏工具漏层识别精度±30 m,测漏时间4 ~ 6 h,为后续堵漏提供数据支撑;高效疏水堵漏工作液由胶凝材料和惰性材料进行配伍,2 mm缝板承压可达12 MPa,满足高承压堵漏需求。该技术现场应用三口井,均实现一次堵漏成功,为我国非常规油气井钻井勘探中遇到的堵漏难题提供技术借鉴,助力钻井提速增效。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the steady increase of oil and gas equivalent, the drilling area is expanding year by year, and the problem of lost circulation is becoming increasingly prominent, which has seriously restricted the drilling speed and efficiency. Efficient treatment means have been formed for plugging a single lost circulation layer, but there is no effective means to control multiple sets of lost circulation layers in long open hole well sections. Therefore, this paper analyzes the lost circulation layers in Changqing Oilfield, and clarifies the lost circulation mechanism of the lost circulation layers. After the occurrence of leakage, the “multi parameter” leak detection tools, mainly including well temperature method and flow method, are used to identify the leakage horizon of the long open hole section, determine the location of the leakage, and finally the developed efficient hydrophobic plugging working fluid is used for special plugging, forming a set of long open hole multi-layer system precise plugging technology in Changqing Oilfield. The leakage layer identification accuracy of the multi parameter leakage detection tool is ± 30 m, and the leakage detection time is 4-6 h, providing data support for subsequent plugging. The high-efficiency drainage and plugging working fluid is composed of cementitious materials and inert materials. The pressure bearing capacity of 2 mm joint plate can reach 12 MPa, meeting the requirements of high pressure sealing. The technology was applied to three wells on site, and all of them were successful in plugging at one time, providing technical references for plugging encountered in drilling and exploration of unconventional oil and gas wells in China, and helping to increase drilling speed and efficiency.
