塔里木盆地富满油田二叠系玄武岩井壁稳定技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Borehole Wall Stabilization Technology for Permian Basalt in Fuman Oilfield in Tarim Basin

摘要: 塔里木盆地富满油田二叠系普遍发育有玄武岩,玄武岩段钻进易发生井壁失稳,引起卡钻等井下故障复杂,影响了在该区块钻井时效和经济效益。通过对二叠系玄武岩进一步结构特征研究、易垮井地震相态特征及实 钻特征研究、理化特性、地应力、坍塌压力研究,确定引起井壁失稳的原因。根据该区块现场实钻资料及井壁失稳处理经验,从强化钻井液封堵性、控制滤失量、提高钻井液抑制性、携岩能力、密度优选、控制工程参数等几个方面 给出避免二叠系玄武岩井壁失稳的处理建议。研究成果在AM3井应用成功,效果显著,对指导富满油田二叠系玄武岩钻进具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

Basalt is commonly developed in Permian of Fuman oilfield in Tarim Basin. In basalt section, borehole wall instability is easy to occur, which leads to complicated downhole failure such as pipe-stuck and affects the drilling efficiency and economic benefits in this block. By studying the structural characteristics of Permian basalt, seismic phase and drilling characteristics of collapsible well, physical and chemical characteristics, in-situ stress and collapse pressure, the causes of borehole wall instability are further determined. According to the experience of in-situ drilling and borehole wall instability treatment in this block, some suggestions for avoiding borehole wall instability of Permian basalt are put forward from the aspects of strengthening plugging ability of drilling fluid, controlling filtration loss, improving inhibition of drilling fluid, optimizing density, improving cuttings-carrying ability of drilling fluid and controlling engineering parameters. These measures have been successfully applied in well AM3 with remarkable effect, which has certain guiding significance for Permian basalt drilling in Fuman oilfield.
